Refunds and Returns Policy

At Core Nutra, we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refunds and Returns Policy explains the process for returning products and obtaining refunds.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item is accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines
  • Items on sale or clearance

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • If rejected, you will be notified with an explanation.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@corenutra.co.za to initiate the exchange process.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail it to:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@corenutra.co.za.
